When it comes to the delivery of your core technology, one size does NOT fit all.  For some community banks, ownership of current, up-to-date equipment, along with an experienced operations staff and a strong pool of local talent, make the choice to remain with or migrate to an in house processing solution an easy choice.  For other institutions, such as single-site operations or banks that find themselves to be disinterested in the day-to-day maintenance of systems, outsourcing may be the key.
