David Saylor

After selling core technology in to the Community Banking market for over eight years, David Saylor began to recognize patterns and a clear process unfolding by which community banks could evaluate their core technology systems in an informed way.  With a desire to “sit on the other side of the table,” David founded Genesys Technology Group in 2007.  Since then, and after growing Genesys to five employees, David focuses his time on strategy and fully understanding the complex market conditions that exist today within the world of core banking technology.  With a thorough understanding of the inner workings of the core technology vendor business, David leads Genesys’ clients through a proven process that ultimately leads to fantastic contracts with their core technology providers.

Dubbed by friends as the “Leisure Ninja,” David enjoys running, swimming, mountain biking and virtually any activity resulting in an increased heart rate.  David’s true passions, however, are his bride, Denise, his children, Peyton and Katherine, and his Savior.  In fact, David receives the most joy from working with and advising ministries on strategy and how they can most effectively serve others.
